Heater blower only works on highest switch position

Not a classic car issue, but a problem I had on a newer Ford Focus: The heater blower does not work in switch position 1-3, only on position 4.

Back from winter vacation with two really nice ebay auctions. 1st one is a 1953 Indian Chief Roadmaster. Second is a 1915 Indian Big Twin.

Original Owner Knucklehead for sale on ebay

A 1947 Harley Davidson EL Knucklehead is for sale on ebay. It is a original owner bike, build in 1947 and parked since 1965. All parts are original. The carburetor is rebuild and engine is running.
